Delivery Policy

OUR MAXIMUM ORDER WEIGHT IS 2KG. ANYTHING OVER THIS WEIGHT WILL BE SEEN THROUGH THE DELIVERY CHARGE OF £100.

Deliveries are made using Hermes for UK orders and Spring Global for International. Our maximum weight per order is 2kg. You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please note for UK orders we offer a Standard delivery service (3-7 business days) from collection. There are 2 collections a week (Tuesday and Friday).

For UK orders under £30 - £2.85- £5.05 will be added for post and packing, depending on the weight.

For UK orders over £30 - Post and packing is FREE

For over sea orders, the cost of carriage is calculated by weight and country. This shipping cost will be displayed before confirming your order. We ship to a majority of countries which is found in the drop down list available when adding your delivery details.

Returns Policy

We are committed to providing you with the highest quality products, but if you are dissatisfied with a product you have purchased via our website, it can be returned to us for an exchange or refund, provided that you contact us within 3 days of receiving the goods, and return them to us within 7 days.

Unless goods are faulty, we can only offer a refund for products that have not been opened, and we cannot refund return postage costs.

If goods are faulty, or if you received a product that you did not order, we will provide you with either a full refund or replacement. We cannot offer a refund if you ordered incorrectly through our website.

If you purchased one of our products at a retailer that is unsatisfactory please contact us contact us detailing the nature of the problem together with the production code from the bottom of the pack.

This will not affect your statutory rights.
